Just scribbling somthing

Its been long time since i had witten my last post. So just scribbling something to get myself on track again.

First of all to inform you that I could not achive my target of 55 Kg on my birthday. ( u cant imagine how sad am i feeling while telling you this ).

But after that I have become more concerned about this. And have changed few things in my daily routine. To mention few of them,

> I exercise for around 40 minutes daily. If I don't get that much time then I will do basic warming up exercises and few pushups atleast.
> I have become a vegan now. ( I already was vegitarian but now exculded milk products )
> added more fruits in daily diet.
and now have started filling more fresh and healthy than before. And i feel I have started losing some weight. But will measure the same after few days.

Target for month of June.

Today is the 1st day of the month June.
Was just sitting and listning to Kishori taai's 'Sahela Re' and after listning the heavenly music for nearly 30 minutes, just a thought came in my mind. Today is 1st june. and after exactly one month from Today, will be my birthday! So let's have some goal set for this month. And immediately came into my sight was this big belly of mine that is one of the assets that I have gained during the 2 years of getting my first job! Earlier I used to weigh, between 52 to 54 Kgs. ( Yes I swear, it is true! ) and now to tell you it is 65 Kgs.

So here goes my aim for this month.... I am going to loose 10 Kgs this month. Sounds unrealistic huh? BUt it's the challenge that I am accepting. Exactly one month from now, I am going to gift myself the number 55Kg on my Birthday.

Don't forget to ask me on 1st July, was I successful.
So Bye from me for now. :)

Valentine special ;)

Three weeks back, me, Shanky and Spidy went for a drive on our bike to Pali via Mulshi, Tamhani Ghat. We saw this peacock on the roof of a house on the way.

When asked more about it, we came to know that the the house owner had got a pecock egg which they mixed with the eggs of their hen. and she grew this peacock as her child. and now to our surprise we saw this peacock trying to attract a young hen :P Dont Belive? then you must see the topmost photo ! ;) ( the brown colour hen in shadow and our hero MOR showing off in front of her :P ; I wish I could have a digitial camera [:]

I think this shoud be the snap of valentine's day....what do you say?

Senseless News channels

These TV news channels are really making me angry everyday.
They are so much haunted by their TRP greed that they don't even remember the basics of ethical journalism!

I remember the my first day in Mumbai and the heavy rain and waterlogged roads welcomed us. We finally reached my guesthouse. The roads became safe to travel after 2-3 hours when my parents left. I was watching the channels for information and was getting worried about my parents. Channels were showing the same roads to be totally waterlogged by which my parents were travelling and when I communicated with them, I perceived that the road was safe and was open for vehicles from 1 hour. Later I saw the news in the evening, I came to know that they were showing the same photos in the evening also!
Now ..how can one rely this 'fastest' news source !

Same thing we see in any emergency situation, may that be the yesterdays riots.

They have lot of time to spend hours on discussion of cricket where the so called experts give 'Pravachan' for hours for a 5-6 hour game!
Also the news readers cant even read the news fluently, because they dont have any preparation for the same( after all they are running their channels for 24 hours! )

Really these channels are disgusting. I still feel that the half an hour news on DD are the Best!

My Performance in the match

Oh, and how could I forget to mention my performance!
We had 2 matches, 8 overs each; with the othr team consisting of college guys.
I was opening batsman and 2nd opening bowler( yes you read it correctly :) )
Had taken one wicket and nearly 10-15 runs.We had scored about 54 runs and We won the match by taking their wicket easily.

And in second one...
We had to chase nearly the same score and We did it! And I was the opener and the finisher of the match :) and had taken 2 wickets to add it.

Now you can see why did the second day became so memorable for me ;)
